The focus of the gathering is to deepen our capacity to embody, understand, and share the essential principles and practices underlying Nonviolent Communication. The weekend will include opportunities for deepening integration and feedback on our practice of:

• Self-Empathy
• Empathic Listening
• Authentic Expression
• Conscious Dialogue
• Mediation
• Supporting Life-Enriching Projects and Systems in the World 
• Role-Plays
• Giving and Receiving Feedback

To support learning, growth, and shared leadership, the hosting team offers participants (and particularly those on a path toward certification) an opportunity to (co-)host or (co-)facilitate a session at the intensive, and to receive feedback and coaching. There is no guarantee that it will be possible to honor all requests to host or facilitate, but we will do our best.
